  1. He should face the same punishment as a convicted criminal who committed a hate crime would. Jussie Smollett will preach love but yet there he is manufacturing hate. One could even argue because he orchestrated this whole incident he himself is committing a hate crime and therefore should be charged/convicted of it based on the evidence put forth.
