Had a black or latino male done this it would be automatic jail time, loss of custody and a huge fine but since a white female teacher did it there is no issue. Had the car been rear ended the child could have been seriously hurt. What has to happen before it was considered endangerment? Dumb mom, judge and community members who supported her.
