  1. I'm kicking myself right now. I was getting a 2000 Porsche 996 911 Cabriolet in May 2020 for $20k that was traded at a local Porsche dealership. I could have bought that car, driven it for the entire summer, do 1 service on it and sold it this summer for 33% more as you can barely find a 996 for under $30k CAD where I live now. I literally would have made money buying, driving and servicing a car, something known as a depreciating asset. Imagine that.
