  1. Seems to me the BMW experience is all smoke and mirrors. The cars are brilliant but it stops at the dealership. I work at a GM dealership and we wouldn't even dare take a customer's vehicle out for a drive and if a car being serviced needs to be driven we have specific routes and it is discussed with the customer before hand and put on the work order so the customer sees. We service everything from crappy Cruzes and Sparks to Corvettes and Cadillacs and if GM, with all of it's flaws, can do a good job with that there is NO excuse for a BMW dealership to do so.
