  1. CVT still sucks balls. I'm sure the engineers can design and build an efficient 6,7 or 8 speed auto that's smooth shifting. Installing a CVT is just their way of indirectly admitting that they didn't try hard enough. That's the only thing that prevented me from getting a 2010 Maxima, if it had a proper 6 speed auto then great but the CVT kills the performance.
