  1. He's not driving it aggressively. These engines aren't very torquey, they need to be revved to get the vehicle going. Also, he's not driving it aggressively because you need to accelerate to a certain speed before merging otherwise he'd be a safety hazard.

  2. Haha yeah Buick steerings are smooth and light. One can easily turn it with their palm. The only car I had to consistently do hand over hand with was a BMW 328i E90, very heavy steerings on those.
