  1. When stuff like this happens the entire dealership should lose their license and should be shut down. I work in car sales and honestly there's plenty of demand from the customer base that nobody would ever have to do such a thing (though nothing justifies it at all). There's no way the GM or even sales manager didn't know about this.

  3.  @panarai_fan  Then honest dealerships will replace them. Simple as that. I never had to screw anyone on a deal and if I were instructed to do so I'd quit. You can be honest and sell 20+ cars per month.

  7.  @Keepskatin  If you Uncle is a raging drunk or your big brother is a caveman sure they'll do that. Doesn't make it right. If the fully trained Sergeant feels the need to go to the level of choking a fellow Officer just because she grabbed his belt to prevent him from violating a person's rights then he's the one with the problem, not the female officer. THIS here is what needs to change with policing. It's a tough job but if the police and the general public are going to want to get along there are some aspects of policing culture that needs to change.

  9. Why do employees (mostly female ones) feel the need to act like they own the store and the products sold there. If the customer wants the BMW and is willing to pay for it then who are you to say he can't have it? It's not the employee's car and they are there to process the customer's info and hand him the keys. Done.

  21. I don't see the issue here. The Sergeant was able to shut that guy up in a matter of seconds and get him to sit in the car. Sometimes you need to be a bit gruff because people just don't listen. The other officer had NO grounds to obstruct and in essence, assault the Sergeant.
