If I was the one putting my hands around an Officer’s neck I’d probably spend the next 10-20 years in jail. Will he be getting anything remotely close? I think not.

@Crunchykyle Yeah if anything he'll probably train his arms and grip during his vacation to get stronger so the next time he chokes someone he'll do more damage.

@Keepskatin If you Uncle is a raging drunk or your big brother is a caveman sure they'll do that. Doesn't make it right. If the fully trained Sergeant feels the need to go to the level of choking a fellow Officer just because she grabbed his belt to prevent him from violating a person's rights then he's the one with the problem, not the female officer. THIS here is what needs to change with policing. It's a tough job but if the police and the general public are going to want to get along there are some aspects of policing culture that needs to change.

Yeah he’ll be able to get a job at a local PD somewhere else in the State or probably end up in Broward, Orange or Osceola County.
