  1. Good test and analysis. I'd now be curious to see another set of the same engines run their respective oils but this time on a 5,000 mile interval for the same 500,000 miles. I wonder what the internals and varnishing levels would look like after that.

  3. We have a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora 3.5 as our winter beater and it's great. Comfy and surprisingly everything works including the A/C and power windows. Only costs about $300-400 per year to maintain if that and completely stress free to drive because if a shopping cart hits it or something it's not a big deal.
