  2.  @jholly5747  Since when do construction workers get to work in the AC? The only time I experience AC is if I'm at home or in the car commuting. First responders, construction workers, line workers and infrastructure workers don't get a say in the matter. They work no matter what.

  3. Because Chow has integrity? Public pools and lifeguard salaries are tax payer funded. Get to work and allow the tax payers to access the pool on a hot day.
