@kyle381000 The 4 vehicles that were hit were just driving when the 21 year old's vehicle flew over the median and landed on the opposite side of the highway.

Had to have been the deceased person that was in the wrong. To drive so fast and poorly that they end up on the opposite side of the highway can't be done at slower speeds. Looks like the problem sorted itself out. These Brampton style drivers will learn the hard way.
