  1. So an idiot causes a delay due to their stupidity but everyone else has to pay the price in terms of getting inconvenienced? Clear that crap off to the side and get things moving again. This affects the local economy and just plain pisses people off because they can't get where they are going on time.

  2. Exactly. I think the fine for at fault drivers should be a calculation of the economic damage caused to the local area. So many people get inconvenienced and due to the lateness deliveries can't happen so economic loss happens.
