  1. The OPP is spread thin. Look at how much the population of Ontario has increased but the amount of OPP Officers stayed the same. Given that they have to investigate massive crashes caused by "Brampton" drivers they are stuck on a scene for hours instead of actively patrolling. There's only so much they can do. This is an MTO problem and by extension a Government problem for allowing people to obtain a license too easily.
