  1. +Alan Klughammer Yeah this seems a bit iffy to me though it's possible. My Aunt had a lemon MB ML350 Bluetec and it spent 26 days at the dealership for multiple electrical and airmatic issues mind you they were obvious to the techs at the dealership and to my Aunt who owned it. One call to MB of Canada though (on my recommendation) and the vehicle was purchased back, replaced the SUV with an exactly spec'd example, got a $5000 pay waiver and they extended the factory warranty from 4 years/80k to 6 years/120k. Overall a positive ending for my Aunt but as for this lady there would need to be more proof of stalling issues.
