  1. Shame them and plaster their pictures everywhere. If they want to hide behind a phone with a spoofed number they should be exposed once caught. 1 month jail time for every person they scammed. Now I've never fell for stuff like that and can spot it from a mile away but there are overly trusting people out there that don't know any better and they should not be punished for that quality by those who don't desire to go out and find honest work. Canada, stop protecting our criminals and empowering them. What a country, commit a crime and be protected better than an actual victim of crime.
