  1. What fight were you watching? DC kept up an insane pace in the first 3 rounds despite not being as diverse and hit Jones with a ton of strikes. Jones didn't defend himself too well against DC's strikes but his takedown defense was top notch for the most part. DC brought the fight, it was just JJ's insane reach (despite the fact that DC is known for fighting tall opponents), takedown defense and better cardio which showed in the championship rounds that helped him win. Both these guys trained their asses off and it showed.

  2. boxx88sambo That is true to some extent but it seems when fighters with long winning streaks start losing they never truly find their rhythm back. DC however is way too good to let that happen and he'll be back on the winning side of things eventually.
