  1. People didn't listen to me when I said this match up was a bad idea. You take 2 fighters that have resurrected their careers and put them in a fight? I knew they were going to be overly cautious when fighting. Neither of them were happy they had to fight each other and there were plenty of other opponents for both of them. To everybody who thought this fight would be intense are you here to eat your words now?

  2. LynchByInch Yeah. Sometimes the emotions or the potential outcomes of the fight takes a toll on the fighters and sometimes the hype is so high that too adds more pressure on the fighters. Same thing happened when Rashad Evans and Rampage fought, the hype was amazing but the fight sucked big time and depending how you look at it it wasn't really the fighter's fault. Hard to believe both Arlovski's and Mir's fights before this one are probably potential FOTY contenders.
