  2. ***** The only slight dick move Hendo ever did was punch Michael Bisping after KO'ing him with some serious force. The thing is though Bisping deserved every bit of that because he ran his mouth way too damn much. Frank is a great fighter that has overcome so much and is experienced hence why he may sound a tad condescending but I don't think what he says should be mistaken for that. BTW his striking has improved greatly but cardio on the other hand....
