@Hborn I mean Nova is pretty expensive cause it’s considered Washington DC metropolitan and DC is up there with LA and San Francisco for expensive rents but Richmond or the 757 it’s cheaper but not for long cause they’re planning to raise the rent there too but that won’t happen for next 10 years or so

Back then it used be like this for murder capital. If it wasn’t DC it was Nola. If wasn’t Nola it was Richmond Va, if it wasn’t Richmond it was back to DC. And all three cities are small southern cuties compared to NYC, LA, Chicago, Houston.
