  14. 2:04 you completely underestimate the importance of engineering that is why Russia is successful because Ukraine doesn’t put enough resources in engineering The truth is civilian contractors won’t accept a worksite which is at risk of being attacked by enemy artillery so instead of diverting vitally needed specialists from the front line paying North Korea makes more sense as the DPRK military has built entire cities and other infrastructure programs so are capable of doing the job and are probably cheaper
