  1. Nope, the S300 is fitted with a fragmentary warhead so that when it explodes near a missile it is trying to destroy it has a greater chance of hitting it, a shotgun approach so to speak. The damage caused by the missiles hitting the hotel and pizzeria was definitely not fragmentary, it was a high explosive bomb that did the business, much like the damage that a 50 calibre bullet does to a wall, goes straight through.

  2. Perhaps the missile that hit the pizzeria was from Italy when they heard an American asking for a pizza with pineapple, Hawaian style......?
