The people really running Poland are of the same tribe that was running them then, hence the provocations, however this time it is Russia in their sights as they desperately want to get hold of Russia's wealth. Germany is screwed, so no value going there, Poland dropped their claim for further compensation so perhaps they see that the well is dry?
