  4. It is interesting that the key people vying for the leadership role are all women. No doubt one of them will be selected to show that they value balance of the sexes, regardless of whether they are any good in any way at all. Given the softness and understanding of women leaders, who would not dream of acting in an unbalanced and un-democratic way like jacinda ardern did, no doubt NATO will change completely and become a power for good. Having said that, some of the male wallys that have been putting their hands up for the role show the absolute dearth of leadership talent.
