  2. The video of the aircraft's approach into the airport showed it flying very slowly and then dropping a wing before plunging earthward. This appears to be a classic stall on approach situation leading to the dropping of a wing, tip stall, and being so close to the ground it was not possible to recover from the situation. Pilot error, lack of fuel leading to lack of thrust? Who knows? Very sad.
