  1. From what I have seen of the police and other city 'officials' they are all rude and ruthless. Not interested in visiting canada. Had a similar experience in uk at city of Salisbury, rude traffic warden, told him to stick it where the sun don't shine and that I wouldn't be back. Have never returned.
