  1.  @christinehomer2185  That's an interesting comment in that it is very similar to what happened in Taiwan/Formosa circa WWII. Madame Chiang Kai-Shek the wife of the president of the island did a big tour of the US at the time holding big dinners and balls as donation dos and getting lots of money and equipment donated. As you can imagine most of the money 'disappeared' into their personal bank accounts and much of the equipment was sold, a lot to their so called 'enemies of Formosa' and once again the money disappeared. So yes very possible. Funny how the same trick is successfully used time and time again by corrupt politicians.
