  1. If you freeze direct transfers to Russia yes that is possible, however if the money is sent to another country and then another and finally to Russia, they are gone even though they are technically frozen.

  4. In 1977 the world was going to freeze in 10 years, never happened. Changed to warming for later years and said that by 2002 there would be now snow and ice on the polar caps, also that there would never be enough rain to fill Australia's reservoirs, still snow and reservoirs are overflowing! BS to keep fear going to exercise control, that's all it is, "obey and we will fix this" government says and there are many people stupid enough to believe and go along with this.
