  2. Me too with my step-dad in the late 60s. He had been through WW2 so knew a few things about the reality of America at the time of the Vietnam War. He said that they would never reach their peak potential as an international country due to their moral corruption, when you are young you do not appreciate the value of the wisdom being shared with you. Very difficult to put an old head on young shoulders.
