  2. Simple, English is the international language for business and communication, in all countries of the world those who wish to be part of the international stage learn English in addition to their mother tongue. This is despite of the efforts of the Junkers class in WW2 to make it German.

  3. Many of the walls are the outliers to castles or form a perimeter around churches. Being a very old country with benign weather and their care for their history, these structures are still in place for all to see. Some walls are there to control drainage from flash floods which sometimes occur in the Mediterranean countries.
