  5. Serious response already underway by Russia with missiles and bombing attacks, many 1,000s of insurgents killed and towns and key locations recovered. One could wonder if this offensive was to Russia's, Iran's and Syria's advantage as it flushed these people out and concentrated them making it much easier to deal with them. Cannot believe that they did not know this was coming.
