  4.  @Chris-Someguy  Tsar Nic was 'offed' because he would not let the red shield boys take over the central bank role in Russia. This occured late 1990s and of course was followed by the Russo/Japanese war in 1904/05 (funded by the English and French branches of the red shield) and later WW1 when they finally managed to topple him.
