  1. In 1945 the Poms had a 10 tonne bunker busting bomb called Tallboy that could penetrate 10m of reinforced concrete and blow it apart, the used them on the U boat pens. The terminal velocity of the bomb was around 300 km/h so it had good penetration, the Kinzhal's velocity is much higher so no doubt greater penetration and it will really do some damage e=mc2.
