  2. They cannot detect the TV, that's a lie that they have pushed for years, only streamed services can be tracked. Also, they are not bailiffs, they are BBC goons who actually have no power. Read the other comments to this to see the reality. Used to have such a fee in New Zealand years ago, so many people didn't pay it so it was aboloshed, now direct funded government propaganda.
