Wondering if von der Krazy has been sent there at the behest of the septics in an effort to regain their influence in South America with politics, food supply and keeping as many of them out of BRICS as they can. In reality it will not happen, the EU bureaucrats will do everything they can to stymie trade with them by throwing stupid regulations at South American countries. The real aim of the EU is to deflect their energy away from joining the new multi-dimensional trade world. Talk about disingenuous actions on the part of the EU.
