  1. Interesting, we are constantly being told that women are as good as men and that no special treatment should be given to them as they are equals, aye to that if it is truly the case. However, there appear to be an increasing number of cases where women are not up to the task and are blaming their biological differences and hence implying that they should get special treatment. Firstly if you are incompetent in your work, regardless of your sex, you should be fired, secondly if you have a health problem, again, regardless of you sex, you should seek help. Blaming your incompetance on someone or something else and not expecting to be held accountable for it, is immoral, unfortunately there are too many people in positions of power today that lack any morals whatsoever.
