The Russians, unlike how the septics operate when they attack a country and destroy everything, were trying to preserve as much of the infrastructure as possible to mitigate the distress of the Ukrainian people. Due to these shipments the Russians are now demolishing key transport links and support infrastructure to stop it, thus making it more of an effort and to restore it when the time comes. If this cost for the Russians is also part of the septics plan, there are truly evil people in control.
