  3. No doubt North Korea has old stocks of ammunition that is approaching its 'use by' date so they will be looking to clear that out and update all of their resources and materials. Also makes sure that North Korea is ready to become active when things get warm in the China Sea and their input in a geographically widening conflict with America becomes valuable.
