  2. If only they were held to a higher standard. He got a ticket for almost killing a kid getting off a bus. (and that was after it being online) If that Bus Driver didn't tell that girl to wait a second, she might be dead now.

  3. so because it was overturned and the immunity was denied and it stated in court records that a police officer can not just kill someone for having a gun, a precedent has been set. More can be though at trial.

  4. and even if that was the case, an officer does not get to decide after the fact, that they can just kill you, especially when you are complying. So if you ever took candy from somone (which is a crime in itself,) the police officer can just show up and kill you, cause you comitted a crime right?

This man's defense to encouraging an insurrection is not that he did not do it...it is literally that he shouldn't be held accountable because he is disabled, which is known as the Confederate Amnesty Act which comes from the Confederacy, that group that also committed terrorism to try to overthrow America because they couldn't get their way.

  8. Well if the bad apples (which is huge part of the whole bunch) get discouraged thatwould be Great. A Police officer is not God, they are not infallible. If you do wrong, you should be punished.

  9. 1. Not only were they denied immunity (which needs to be nation wide) but it is now in court documents that you CAN NOT just shoot people for having a gun. Both sides should be ECSTATIC for this. Oh and2nd Amendment folks, we're going to need you at the courtroom cheering as the accounts are drained. because some of y'all Scream "2nd Amendment" until your lungs go out when it comes to gun reform, but when Cops say they had a gun, you are quiet as church mice exposed to Rat Poison. Now hopefully that this is in court records, next time they can go to jail and not just be sued. 2. The prosecutors needs to be fired, because they are not upholding the law 3. The police and prosecutors involved need to pay out of their own pockets, for the rest of their lives.
