  1. Who would she sue though. Side of effects are common, and there are a ton of people who do take Cipro and it stopped the infection. His explanation won't hold. He said that patients don't have information, then in the next breath he said it "has a Black box warning of the highest risk possible," So does that mean she didn't read the instructions that came with the medication? Lastly he keeps saying "routine UTI," but the routine treatment for a "routine UTI," is antibiotics. (or 100% cranberry juice and hope for the best, if you can't afford to go to the doctor.)
