  5. according to the report he was arrested and out (the same day, it did not say) for aggravated assaulted, once it went to murder he went to jail. But also since the justice system is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, feasibly you can be out for any crime you are accused of.

  7. If he was paying attention he probably would have seen the car, however, to be stalled in the middle of the road, no lights, no hazards, no flares, and its night...makes it hard. Was it stalled because it lost power?

  12. Well that really won't do anything. Keifer Sutherland had 4 DUIs, and he finally went to jail around his shooting schedule for like 60 days, plus people drive without a license all the time, and Dylan couch killed 4 people and he didn't even go to jail
