In my experience people who go into situations "wide open," don't hastily sign NDAs, probably never receive a copy, and don't have to be tricked into signing the NDA in the first place.

  3. and if those decisions are based off of being lied to, it's not valid. If someone sells you a house with mold, and they lie to you about it...That's illegal. That's called deception.
