  1. No this is why we need to change society's view of what healthy and obese means. Because even if you are a bodybuilder, you can still be Obese. Being fat phobic has nothing to do with it, that is 2 separate things. State of being vs how you treat someone.

  2. Basically what she is saying is, No matter what you look like aesthetically or what you think the definition of Obese is, whether it's fat or muscle, You can still be obese. Bodybuilders, according to BMI, are Obese. People thinking that Obese only means you look a certain way...has never been the case.

So she lost all of that weight to die from... complications of Obesity...The Universe is a weird place also, what was her cause of Death really... was it a heart attack, was it an embolism, was there any blunt force trauma, was there any type of asphyxiation? I feel like they didn't really know for sure and just had to put something down that wouldn't really be questioned, a 'sounds about right.'
