  1. This is really bad. It is clear cut profiling. 1. He's not white 2. He's not in his 30s 3. He's not wearing any of the clothing 4. The Dispatcher is telling you, in real time he is in Another Part of The Store (Probably continuing to steal) 5 Completely lied "LP called and said you were concealing some items inside your jacket" (Because you know it's Not Him) You literally said "It doesn't look anything like him." 6. Completely lied about LP saying the suspect was wearing a tan jacket. THEY did Not say that. 7. Continues to lie about what they were told. "That's not what we were told." 8. Then the Chief completely making up excuses... (and lying) "When Csendes and Mitkenbaugh first saw him neither could tell his race." Again When Mitkenbaugh first saw him he said "It doesn't look anything like him" He saw that an Old Black Man was not a 30 Year old Caucasian man. He most definitely saw that, to the point that he said something. These are not "mistakes"...Once you know you are wrong, and are lying about what happened to try to make yourself right, these are called Choices...choices. This is a well deserved lawsuit, cause clearly it's from the top down, it hasn't quite spread all the way to the bottom as Mitkenbaugh said "It doesn't look anything like him." so maybe there's still a little hope but I doubt it.
