  2. BULL$HIT Covid and a flood has not been for the past 10 years. It is your fault DA and the entire legal system in this case. Also how can you make an opening statement saying you will prove he did it beyond a shadow of a doubt, when you have no physical evidence, and your only "eye witness" recanted... You literally have nothing, so you CAN'T prove anything Beyond a shadow of a doubt.
