Millions of Americans who are suffering from opioid addiction, largely pushed by the Government, and the G.O.P, (Hi Iran Contra calling) are finally not being ignored, and Drug Harm reduction services are FINALLY going to get a tiny bit of help, to help get people off harmful drugs, and stop spreading disease, and you turn it into funding crack pipes...This is Ridiculous, and completely harmful to those Americans who need help.
