I still don't understand why Bicyclists don't just ride on the sidewalk, it is actually is legal in Florida to do that.

  28. You can not do that. You can not assault a child because they don't do what you say. If he was threatening someone, if he assaulted the man first, there can be a case, but for an adult to just attack a child, because he didn't move fast enough, is still a crime. You call their parent, you suspend them, or you even expel them...but you can't put their hands around their neck and forcibly remove any part of their clothing.

  32. If you have to preface your justification with something that didn't happen, the action isn't justifiable. Being a kid being attacked by an adult, and having to see online other adults trying to justify it by saying you must have done something to deserve it has to be daunting, and definitely tells the child that Adults have no interest in protecting you. The fact that this man is abusing students, primarily girls, and just gets moved around from school to school is ridiculous.

If he was being disobedient, you call their parent, suspend or expel them, you do not have the right to put your hands on a child that is not a threat. That's called assault, that is a crime, and if you are going to be a part of a community and a society, there are laws we have to live by.
