  4. Doubt it. If they didn't do it, when that Officer was literally being knocked unconscious why do it now. And to do it off camera means it's premeditated assault, which means lawsuit, and since his complexion isn't quite Black, and it's Miami...somebody would be getting fired and going to prison.
