@chairmanofthebored8684 but It's not a commercial vehicle. All Pickup trucks are not classified as commercial vehicles. A commercial vehicle could be any car, and any car can get broken into. BMWS, Ferarris, Teslas, Aston Martins, etc...Hell the whole neighborhood is a potential gold mine for a thief.

@John Q. Bebtelovimab IF it was truly the "vast majority," they could just change the rules or overpower management. If the vast majority of the tenants stop paying, what would management do...with no money. If the vast majority of tenants just moved out, what would they do? If the HOA is upsetting the "vast majority," of it's occupants, then the HOA is the problem.

He can't park his own truck, in his own driveway, of his own house...Fck that. HOA's are the DEVIL. These HOA's people got to try to feel special and exclusionary are now excluded them out of their own stuff.
