With an additional 1,000 officers added to the subways, this still happened...the sad thing is, they are just going to use this to throw more money at them, and the cycle is just going to repeat because the main problems aren't being addressed. I'm sure in the coming weeks we are going to hear about all the red flags that person was throwing, that just got ignored, long before the shooting ever happened.
