  1. It's still in their name?!? They really stole it. There is NO WAY that 3 years of back taxes would have triggered a demolishment much less a foreclosure. And for that man to LIE and say it was foreclosed in the 70s...He needs to be sued. Legally they own Duplex B. That land is still in the brother and Mother's name...they Own it.

  3. No, no there is not. There is a foreclosure process, and the land and house have to be sold at auction... in which time it is then put in someone else's name as the owner. You can not just demolish it. The property is still owned by the Mother and Brother, and was never foreclosed on. At the time the Duplex was built, it said clearly that it was only for 1 lot, they had no legal right to build on their family home or land.

  6. Better be careful in Texas, they will say you are "DEI," or would this be considered a "Black job" now? One of the issues is they stop teachers from teaching...every other year we hear how textbooks in Texas try to lie about history...are they still doing that?
